Built by an operator who runs the work.
Elliott Jessup, Founder & CEO, is a solar and storage operator who builds the tools he uses.
Why we built it
Running an installer means living in a lot of systems: a monitoring portal for every hardware brand, a separate tool for proposals, spreadsheets for service, and an inbox that never stops. Problems surfaced when a homeowner called. Proposals took too long to get right under California’s net billing rules. Owners were the bottleneck for every decision.
So the tools got built around the work: a command center where AI drafts and a person approves, SymmetricOS Fleet for weather-adjusted monitoring, and a California tariff engine for proposals.
Why we’re sharing it
Other installers have the same problems. SymmetricOS packages what we built as a hosted, multi-tenant platform: each installer gets its own isolated, branded workspace.
Where we are
Opening a private pilot with a small number of design-partner installers, before a wider launch.
Installed systems deserve a whole life of attention
Not just until PTO.
AI does the busywork and asks first
Agents draft. People approve.
Your data is yours
Never sold, and kept separate from every other company.
